The ELK website does not store any personal data without your consent. You may voluntarily provide us with personal data for specific purposes in the relevant sections of the ELK website, such as your name, email address, or phone number when requesting a quote or contacting us for other reasons. If you contact us via the form on the website or by email, the information you provide will be forwarded to our construction consultants/representatives at ELK BAU s.r.o. for the purpose of processing your inquiry and in case of any follow-up questions, and will be stored for three years. We do not share this information with third parties without your consent. We reserve the right to forward inquiries directly to our partner companies.
You agree that we may include the personal information and job application materials you have provided to us in our candidate database and process them so that we can identify and contact you in connection with recruitment processes if, based on the information you have provided, you are considered a potential candidate.
You may withdraw this consent at any time. We reserve the right to delete some or all of your data at any time without consultation and without giving any reason. We are not obliged to take your data into account in the selection process and you have no legal right to have us use your data. Our liability to you is excluded to the extent legally possible.
We will comply with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as amended. All our employees are required to maintain data confidentiality in accordance with the GDPR.
Upon your request, we will provide you with information about your processed data in accordance with the legal regulations and correct or delete incorrect data, if necessary.
By default, the website collects Internet Protocol (IP) data, including your IP address, browser and language preferences, the date and time of your visit, and the website from which you arrived at our site. In the case of an ELK house purchase, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the statutory warranty and replacement period (maximum 30 years). The data processing is based on the statutory provisions of TKG and Article 6 (1) (a) (consent) and/or (b) (necessary for the performance of the contract) of the GDPR. If the contract is not concluded, the data stored with us will be deleted.
