About Us

The Best of Austria.

For more than 65 years, ELK has been a pioneer in the construction of modern homes throughout Europe. Since our founding in the heart of Austria’s Waldviertel region, we have designed and built more than 60,000 homes that combine precise craftsmanship, innovative technology, and a personalized approach to each client.

Our philosophy is to design and build homes tailored to the individual needs of their future owners. From the initial design through the completion of the interior, exterior, and garden, we manage the entire process under one roof with a guaranteed price, a single point of contact, and maximum control over the entire project.

Our Mission

Your Dream Home, Our Commitment

We believe that a truly exceptional home is not built according to a template, but tailored to the person who will live in it. That is why we combine custom architecture, sustainable technologies, and meticulous craftsmanship into a single harmonious whole. Our goal is to create homes that will be just as exceptional today as they will be many years from now.

Our Mission

We believe that the journey to a new home should be just as enjoyable as living in it. That’s why ELK is a partner that takes full responsibility for the entire project—from the initial design to the handover of the finished home. We ensure that every decision leads to a single goal: a home that meets your vision, budget, and expectations—without any unnecessary worries.

Our Values

We are your guide on the path to owning a custom home

Custom homebuilding isn't about compromise. It's about the freedom to design a home exactly the way you want it. We'll make sure your vision becomes a reality.

Budget Protection

A 100% guarantee that your construction budget will be protected. We don’t limit your vision, but we safeguard the project to ensure it remains financially feasible from the initial design through to the handover of the house.

Feasibility Guarantee

We don't offer dreams on paper. Whether you come to us with your own architectural design or we create it together, we guarantee that everything we design can actually be built.

Your Vision, Our Commitment

We guide every step of the project so that the finished home matches what you envisioned at the very beginning. We preserve the original architectural vision all the way through to the final completion.
