Rough construction

Your house is completely finished from the outside

Electric aluminium roller blinds

Aluminium roller blinds integrated into the facade of all windows, which means that the blinds are not visible.

Coloured plastic-aluminium windows

Multi-chamber profiles and three-pane glazing. Inner sills made of artificial stone.

Execution of the building permit

On the basis of a power of attorney, we will handle all tasks related to obtaining a building permit for you.

Modern oak staircase

For two-storey houses, a sturdy oak staircase is supplied with an accompanying handrail and optional parapet handrail on the upper floor.

Seamless facade plaster in two colours.

Construction to be completed

Your house is completely finished on the outside and ready for interior work (includes everything from the Rough Construction).

Extensive electrical package

Wiring including connections for kitchen appliances. Electric meter including required circuit breaker, attestation and multimedia cabling for TV, WLAN, LAN.

Air-to-water heat pump

Modern air-to-water heat pump including hot water tank.

Underfloor heating

Underfloor heating with underfloor distributor. It can be easily controlled in any room with its own thermostat.

Preparation of the photovoltaic system

Ensuring optimal preparation of your photovoltaic system.

Turnkey

Your house is finished inside and out. (includes everything from Rough Construction and Construction to Completion)

vinyl or parquet

We install everything from vinyl to premium quality real wood flooring in every room of your home.

Interior doors

Interior doors, including painted doors, in titanium grey or split oak, with black handles.

Large format tiles

You can choose between different tiles with dimensions of 60×60 cm or 30×120 cm in porcelain stoneware quality.

Fully equipped bathroom

Fully equipped bathroom including everything from sanitaryware to high quality fittings.
